In-Person Cooking Classes
Techniques Classes: Hands-on instruction focusing on a specific dish or culinary technique. Everyone in the class will get to work on a version of the dish or technique. While there are tasty samples to try during the class, the classes do not typically end in a meal.
Menu-Based Classes: These are collaborative classes with students sharing in the preparation of an overall menu that they sit down and enjoy together in the end. Try a Couples Cook version for you and your favorite cooking partner!

Croissants 2-Day Workshop
This workshop is a 2-part series spanning two days. Each class meeting is 3 hours long.
Who can resist the perfect croissant? In our intensive 2-day Croissants Workshop, you will learn the secrets to making these flaky, buttery, delectable breakfast treats from start to finish: from the dough, the rolling, the forming, finishing, and baking. Then you get to surprise your loved ones with fresh pastries that you can make at home!

Food Allergies and Aversions
Recipes in this class may include: eggs, gluten, and dairy. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information about how we can accommodate food allergies or aversions.
Cancellations
Due to limited spaces, this series is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the series, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different class given 48-hours notice prior to the start of the series. Please be advised that registration is a commitment for the full length of the series as you are occupying the spot in the class whether you attend each day or not. As a result, credit cannot be applied for a missed class within the series.
Class Format
This is a collaborative cooking class with guests sharing in the preparation of the various recipes included in the class menu. As a techniques-based class each guest will be able to practice the necessary techniques for making croissants but side dishes or additional recipes included to supplement the class will be shared amongst guests.
You will leave your final class with a goodie bag full of the delicious treats prepared in class.
