Our twins' birthday was last weekend, so cake baking was totally happening and lemon was the flavor of choice. Some of our favorite lemon cake recipes are from Sally’s Baking Addiction and Once Upon a Chef for birthdays past, which call for fresh lemon juice and lemon zest.
